How our system works
We work with your department to determine your needs, then tailor a program specifically for you.
We then refine the program together and agree to an end product.
We then plan a launch program that builds awareness of the program, how to use it, and what sets us apart from conventional EAP programs.
We will provide training on wellness, basic psycho-education, and peer support as agreed in the plan.
First responders will then have a trusted resource to turn to instead of trying to navigate the unknown to find the resources they need to heal.
